Founded by Anna Wellman, AC-BC, CDP, CADDCT, EES specializes in dementia care education, life enrichment, professional development, and senior living leadership. With more than 15 years of experience working across long-term care, memory care, behavioral health, and person-centered programming, Anna brings real-world experience into every seminar, consultation, and educational program.
